'With Box' adds our signature cushioned gift box — a soft-lined, jewellery-style presentation case, perfect for gifting — for ₹200 more. 'Without Box' ships safely in protective packaging.

Are pieces made to order or kept in stock?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, while some are ready to ship. We confirm the delivery timeline for your specific piece on WhatsApp when you order.

Where do you ship, and what are the charges?

We ship across India and internationally. Charges and timelines depend on your location and the piece — message us on WhatsApp and we will share a quote.

How do I care for German silver?

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a non-abrasive silver polish occasionally to keep its shine.

Do you take custom, bulk or corporate orders?

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless damaged.
